SEO Analyst

We are looking for an SEO Analyst to join our Marketing team and help us build a strong online presence. SEO Analyst responsibilities include performing keyword research, optimizing our content and monitoring user engagement across our website. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with current SEO techniques and tools and have excellent analytical skills. Ultimately, you will apply effective SEO strategies to ensure we attract and engage our target audience and convert visitors into customers.

Social Media Marketing

We are seeking a Social Media Analyst to monitor, analyze, and report on social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media metrics, trends, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to enhance the company’s online presence and engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities (SEO)

  • Conducting keyword research using various tools (like Keyword Planner and Moz)
  • Performing competitive analysis and identifying gaps in our content or areas of improvement in our web design
  • Tracking important SEO metrics including organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on page
  • Update older content and add effective calls to action (CTAs) to improve user engagement
  • Report on performance metrics comparing them to our SEO goals and benchmarking data.

Responsibilities (Social Media Marketing)

  • Create, Monitor and analyze social media performance across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions.
  • Provide detailed reports on social media activity and the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Hoot suite, Sprout Social, and other social media analytics platforms to assess performance.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to provide actionable insights on audience behavior and engagement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and emerging trends.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure alignment between analytics and content strategies.
  • Assist in A/B testing of social media ads and organic content.
  • Present regular findings to senior management with recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and new tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in social media tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, etc.
  • In-depth understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Work experience as an SEO Analyst or similar digital marketing role
  • Expertise in Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with keyword research and management tools
  • Experience in paid advertising
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, GSC, and GMB
  • Strong analytical skills

Preferred:

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant social media certifications.
  • Experience in paid social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with emerging social platforms and trends.
