We are looking to hire a skilled Sales Executive, who will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. He will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that align with our products or services. Primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Researching and identifying potential clients through various channels such as online research, networking events, and cold calling.
  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Understanding clients’ business objectives, challenges, and pain points to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Conducting regular follow-ups to keep clients engaged and informed about our offerings.
  • Leading the sales process from initial contact to closure.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1plus years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
