We specialize in delivering innovative IT solutions and digital marketing services to businesses. As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated IT Sales Executive with a strong background in digital marketing lead generation and revenue growth.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients, pitch our digital marketing and IT software solutions, and convert leads into business opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure continued business and referrals.
  • Engage in tele-calling and on-premise client visits as part of lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to understand campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and service presentations to clients.
  • Manage CRM tools to track prospects, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in networking events, industry meet-ups, and webinars to represent Webtree Software Solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong record of target achievement.
  • Verified competence in lead generation, client acquisition and conversion and driving revenue growth in the digital marketing sector.
  • Prior experience in managing international clientele will be a significant advantage and highly valued for this role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-driven with a focus on achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is an added advantage.
