Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on  Paid Advertising (Google Ads), SEO, and Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate will have 2 plus  years of hands-on experience in driving successful digital marketing campaigns, optimizing search  engine performance, and managing paid advertising across various platforms. This role requires a  deep understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics to enhance our online presence and  drive measurable results. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1.Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Other Platforms): 

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and  video ads. 
  • Develop and execute PPC strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.  
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies. 
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for  improvement. 
  • Utilize Google Ads tools, such as Keyword Planner, Analytics, and Tag Manager, to  enhance campaign effectiveness. 

 2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): 

  • Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search  rankings. 
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, search engine rankings, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented  across all content. 
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes. 

3. Social Media Marketing

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram,  LinkedIn, and X. 
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Track and report on social media KPIs, including engagement, reach, and  conversions. 
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize social media performance. 
  • Engage with online communities and manage customer interactions. 

4. Analytics & Reporting: 

  • Use tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz to track and report on key performance metrics. 
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and provide  recommendations for improvement. 
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to inform digital marketing  initiatives. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 2 Plus years of proven experience in  Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing, SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics,  SEMrush, and social media platforms. 
  • Experience with A/B testing, PPC bid strategies, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Google Analytics is a plus. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with email marketing and CRM tools. 
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts. 
  • Knowledge of other advertising platforms like Tiktok ads, SnapChat ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
