ERPNext Lead for the Software and Digital Marketing Industry

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Lead to manage, implement, and optimize ERPNext solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in ERPNext, with hands-on experience in full-cycle implementation, customization, and user training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects, including planning, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Customize ERPNext modules based on business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into effective ERP workflows.
• Create, test, and maintain custom scripts, reports, and dashboards.
• Provide training and support to end users, ensuring smooth adoption and usage.
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with developers for timely resolution.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance checks to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvements and enhancements within the ERPNext environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of ERPNext modules (Accounts, HR, CRM, Projects, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Experience in Python, JavaScript, and Frappe framework (added advantage).
• Ability to customize forms, workflows, and reports.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in integrating ERPNext with third-party applications.
• Knowledge of database management and performance tuning.
• Certification in ERPNext or Frappe (optional but preferred).
