Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist with proven experience in IT Sales and Upwork platform handling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing client communication, and driving revenue through Upwork, cold calling, and other lead channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate quality leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns.
• Independently handle Upwork account activities – bidding, proposal writing, client communication, and deal closure.
• Target potential clients for IT services such as web/app development, QA, or backend solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to create tailored proposals.
• Maintain accurate lead data and progress updates in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Freshers with IT Sales experience to 1+ years of experience in IT Sales and Lead Generation.
• Mandatory experience in handling Upwork profiles (proposal writing, bidding, and client conversion).
• Proven track record in cold calling, lead nurturing, and revenue generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
• Goal-oriented and self-driven with a focus on business growth

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with IT service companies or digital agencies.
• Knowledge of technologies like Angular, Java, QA, cloud, or full-stack development
• Immediate Joiner to 30 days’ Notice period
• Mangalore/Bangalore Location
